Deus ("day-us") did not only aim to sell customized parts and handmade motorcycles, but to celebrate a culture of creativity. The Deus ex Machina showroom / cafe / headquarters in Sydney quickly became a sanctuary for "run-what-you-brung" entrepreneurship and honest street art.
Deus' philosophy recalls an era before the various fun activities - motorcycling, surfing, skateboarding, whatever - were marketed in fundamentalist factions. Everyone is welcomed under the Deus roof, where there is simply respect for the honesty and enjoyment of the car. Inclusiveness, authenticity, enthusiasm. It is a simple and sincere step that has winged Deus ex Machina all over the world. Deus ex Machina simply says that there is no "right way" to make individualism, it is the same juice.
Since opening the doors to the Temple of Camperdown enthusiasm, Deus has spread its flavor of internally fueled postmodernism worldwide. The way forward is one down, four up.
